About 2h 30 after you will be at the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial.

Once you'll get all the keys for imagining what's happened you will stop by Omaha beach and gather at the American Colleville cemetery. With real emotion, you will discover the gravestones perfectly aligned on a majestic expanse of green lawn.

After you have taken all your time in this immersion, your guide will drive you to Arromanches.
There you will imagine how they built an artificial harbor in a such short time; A staggering 2.5 million men, 500,000 vehicles, and four million tonnes of supplies arrived via this harbor renamed Port Winston after the war! According to your time left and your point of interest, your guide will recommend you visit the Arromanche museum or the 360° cinema for immersion with reconstituted images of pontoons, ships, balloons, waves, clouds, and more.

End the day by seeing where Colonel Rudder’s "Rangers” taken by force on the morning of 6th June one of the strongest German fortifications, "La Pointe du Hoc".

Why don't you go to Normandy by train

Train to Caen or Bayeux Spend 2h30 to go there

Once arrive to Caen or Bayeux you have to spend 30 minutes more plus time to get off the train to got the beaches

At the end of the day, you need to go back to Caen or Bayeux so you also add time to drive.

You are pressured by the train schedule and you are not able to know if the train is going to be on time. Once in Paris, you need a taxi or a metro ride to go to your hotel. So finally you leave your hotel 5h30/6 am and go back at 10 pm for finally spend the same time visiting.
