Paris, New York, Monaco, Alain Ducasse, is an international chef. The Symbolic figure of French gastronomy, with restaurant crowned by Michelin stars and several gastronomic prizes used to train the most crucial star Michelin chef of nowadays.
Experience the training of one of his chefs during a morning or afternoon cooking class.
The theme of the course can be FISH AND SHELLFISH, meal and poultry, chou pastry , macarons madness, bistro cuisine, Foie Gras, Baguette ( Parisian bread), wine tasting classes.
You will chose it according to your wish and the proposition available in English on the dates you are available to take a cooking course.
How are the cooking classes organized?
As soon as you arrive, we will offer breakfast and a beverage before going to the kitchen and receive the document of all the recipes you will cook. You will taste the dishes you will prepare just like in a professional kitchen.
There is no theoretical teaching but tricks and advice all along the course. The technical support you will receive has all the theoretical points – recipes and techniques – you need to know during the class. At each step of the method, the chef will give you the corresponding academic advice in an informal and relaxed way.
As soon as you arrive, you receive a recipes file with all the recipes you will cook.
Schedules of the classes
- For cooking and pastry classes
- Morning: 9:00 to 13:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 to 18:00
- Evening: 18:30 to 22:30 or 19:00 to 21:00
- For the wine tasting classes
- Tuesday and Thursday 19:00 to 21:00

There is a maximum of 10 people by course to be able to fulfill the expectations of each participant.

Each week end , a different Chef , Three theme are proposed :
- Menu du chef for a chef inspired cuisine with products of everyday ( 13 participants max)
- Menu Prestige for a 3-courses Menu and lunch or dinner with a food and wine pairing directed by a sommelier .( 11 participants Max)
- Menu Privilège for a 4-courses Menu and lunch or dinner with a food and wine pairing directed by a sommelier and an embroidered apron offered.. ( 8 Participants Max)
We also propose a package for 2; one is following the cooking class, and one follows a wine tasting workshop before getting together to enjoy the tasting of the meal.
How are the cooking classes organized?
Great Chefs will be accompanied by their Sommelier and a chef butler and will offer their inspiration according to the seasonality of the products.
The participants thus form the «brigade» and carry out on their advice the announced program: recipe techniques, setting up, cooking and «training by the minute», reminding the universe of the great kitchen.
The dishes made are then served at the table for tasting, in a friendly lunch or dinner.

Follow the service of the two stars Michelin chef Jean-Michel Lorrain in his beautiful hotel restaurant 5 * or follow an afternoon cooking-class training follows by tasting the recipe you realize.
How are the cooking classes organized?
- From 14h Welcoming coffee
- 14h30 Handing-over of the aprons and presentation of the recipes to realize.
- 14h45 It is around the stove and organized as a real kitchen brigade that you will participate in the development of the dishes under the attentive leadership of the Côte Saint Jacques’s chefs.
- 17h30 End of class
- 17h45 Tasting of the recipes in mini-portions with the chefs and the Sommelier that will explain the harmony between the dishes and the wines

- Cooking class One Monday per month; the calendar is always update - better to reserve a long time in advance.
- Afternoon : 14:00 19:00
- Immersion in the service from Tuesday to Friday and Sunday - only 3 Pers or 2 with an English translator( not sire that during the service they will take time to speak in English !! )
